If you are serious about your digital photography and scanning, this book will show you techniques that will improve you pictures.

The package I use every day is Photoshop. I can construct, alter or correct whole worlds if need be. For those camera buffs out there, Photoshop Elements is the "home" version. Change contrast, color, saturation, levels and adding effects. It allows you to do a lot in a pared-down Photoshop intereface. And, like 500 bucks cheaper.

OK you video folks. All those cool commercials out there are usually created by Adobe Premiere. Here is the stripped down "home" version. Cheaper too. Easy to use and very powerful. Can use Photoshop plug-ins for effects. I use this myself and like ita lot.
